Canip, is a proven conceptor with a keen ability to achieve results in developing, concepting and managing projects. In his capacity as president and founder of Terra International Ltd. he has directed the successful openings of more than 50 resorts/hotels in several countries and the development of mixed use, boutique, grand scale, limited budget, and eco-friendly resorts and hotels.

To his team he is known as a hard yet fair individual who always pushes boundaries and never accepts “I don’t know”, “it’s the way we’ve done it for years” or “it’s not my job” as an answer. He is a true visionary with exceptional analytical skills always looking to try the impossible and make it happen!
